A = No wait, prompt service. 
B = Some wait, but not much
C= 2-4 minutes of waiting on the phone
D= Long Holds
F = Answering machine between the hours of 9am and 5 pm.  Difficult to get a hold of us

2.  When you call on the phone, how courteous and helpful are we?

A = Kind and focused on you.
B = Helpful but rushed
C = Satisfactory but nothing special
D= Difficult to communicate with, a little rough and abrupt.
F= Unconcerned with your problem or rude

3.  How do you grade our scheduling of appointments?

A= Excellent, no problems.  The company works around my schedule. 
B= Good
C= Satisfactory, as good as any other residential service company (cable, phone, etc).
D= Needs improvement

4.  How professional are our technicians?

A= Excellent; Clean cut, respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy
B= Good; above average

A= Excellent, no problems.  And when a pest problem arises, I call and Bulwark fixes it pronto
