A = No wait, prompt service. B = Some wait, but not much. C= 2-4 minutes of waiting on the phone D= Long Holds F = Answering machine between the hours of 9am and 5 pm. Difficult to get a hold of us

3. How do you grade our scheduling of appointments?
A= Excellent, no problems. The company works around my schedule. B= Good C= Satisfactory, as good as any other residential service company (cable, phone, etc). D= Needs improvement F = A Hassle
