Bulwark surveys its customers regularly to find out their needs, concerns, thoughts, and suggestions. The customer speaks and we listen. It is all part of their first principle of business, "The customer is always happy." In doing these surveys, they grade each branch's performance based on a scale that easily converts to a letter grade, just like school. Every single one of our branches earned an "A" on our last survey.
