To whom it may concern,
         Mr. Fidel Osorio came to fumigate the other day and the service he did was exceptional.  First of all, he asked me if I had any problems or concerns with any insect.  He was patient in listening to what I had to say and understood what and where the areas of my concern were because I have small children.  I was having big concerns also with flies in the house and he gave me tips on how to avoid them coming in the house and was very careful in treating the inside of the house.  He was very attentive and helpful which made me feel very secure about the services Bulwark provides using safer chemicals that don't harm my kids or our dog.  I would like to compliment Mr.Osorio on how friendly, fast and effective he was in addressing my concerns and getting his job done.  Although other employees have been nice before I thank Mr.Osorio for going the extra mile to make me feel better about the services. Mr.Osorio seemed happy with not only the product that he was applying but also happy to be working for such a great company.  Thank you Mr.Osorio for the great job!  Hope to seem him again.
