I wanted to take the time to email you to thank you for your professional staff. I have been battling scorpions in our home all summer due to the rain we’ve had and because of this, I’ve called a few times to have your representatives come out aside from their scheduled monthly calls. Each time I have called, the phone has been answered by a friendly and helpful person who has been able to schedule appointments around my hectic work week and our busy lives with two children under two years old. Each time your technicians have come out, they have always been polite and extremely knowledgeable about our pest problems. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of the past two technicians that have come out to our house to thank them individually.
